Returns and Exchanges:

  • Jewelry may be returned or exchanged with prior approval from the seller.
  • To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and confirmation by the seller that the jewelry is unused, in the same condition as sold, and resaleable.

Conditions for Return or Exchange: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must meet the following conditions:

  1. Unused: The jewelry must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. Same condition as sold: The jewelry should be in the same condition as it was at the time of sale, with no signs of wear or damage.
  3. Resaleable: The jewelry must be in a condition suitable for resale, including the original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.

Approval Process:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to makecontact@lifeoflezure.com to request a return or exchange.
  2. Provide information: Share your order number, details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
  3. Approval confirmation: Once your request is received, we will review the information and provide you with approval and/or further instructions.
  4. Inspection: After approval, ship the jewelry back to us for inspection.
  5. Final confirmation: Upon inspection and confirmation that the jewelry meets the conditions, we will process the return or exchange.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, are non-returnable.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
